The Funnel XL planters elevate Anchor’s iconic Funnel range, taking the original wheel-thrown design to a larger scale and more refined proportion. Australian designer Bruce Rowe has reimagined the timeless beauty of terracotta pots and pipes, preserving their clean, geometric lines and earthy aesthetic in a more expansive form. Available in tall and low formats, Funnel XL introduces a selection of meticulously studio developed glaze finishes. These finishes create contrasts and harmonies, thoughtfully designed to complement the planters’ forms while enhancing a variety of plants and spaces.

Distinct from the original Funnel design, the Funnel XL planters feature a solid base with no drainage hole, making them versatile for both indoor and outdoor use, or for environments where moisture regulation is needed. No leaking, stains or spills make them suited to a range of design purposes. The planters accommodate standard nursery pots for ease of plant care in both domestic and commercial settings. Seamlessly integrating with other objects in the Anchor collection - such as hardware, lighting, or furniture - Funnel XL brings an element of clean refinement to any space.
